WITH OVER 250 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE WITHIN OUR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT TEAM, WE ARE READY TO SERVE YOU.

Jon Jasper began his career in 1970, after graduating with honors in his chemical engineering class at the University of Kentucky. After being heavily recruited by Exxon, he went to work for their East Texas production division, Humble Oil Company, where he worked for six years. After Exxon, Jon worked for several engineering and construction companies including The Randall Corporation, F.P. Ross, Refrigeration Engineering Company (RECO), and PetroFac, Inc., which brought him back to East Texas where his career began. In March 1992, he and long-time friend, Charles Lassiter founded Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Inc. (EPC) in an effort to refocus their efforts on the domestic engineering and gas plant construction business. After nearly forty years in the industry, Charles retired in June 2011, but Jon still enjoys his work and feels he has much to contribute to EPC employees, clients, and the larger hydrocarbon industry.  He hopes to remain active in the gas plant engineering and construction business for as long as possible.

In the past ten years, we have added some very talented drafting, engineering, management, and construction personnel to our workforce, as EPC has continued to grow and expand.  Our basic philosophy is the Golden Rule and we feel that it is the best way to do business.

OUR MISSION: Exceed our client’s expectations with a team of highly skilled professionals that are committed to working hard, operating with safely top-of-mind, and doing so with integrity.
