Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Inc. (EPC) utilizes a 14,400 square foot pipe fabrication facility with 15 tons of overhead crane capacity. Our welding personnel are qualified in accordance with American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and experienced using Gas Tungsten-Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal-Arc Welding (GMAW) and Shielded Metal-Arc Welding (SMAW) processes. Our welds are subjected to 100% visual examination by our Quality Control Department and 10% radiographic examination by an independent non-destructive testing (NDT) provider.
Materials are stored in our 7,500 square foot secured warehouse. Upon receipt, materials are inspected for compliance to purchase documents, material test reports and damage or degradation.
We have 6 acres of lay down and module assembly space allowing us to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Each module is fully assembled to ensure proper fit up and alignment. All of our modules are mechanically complete with the necessary electrical and instrumentation components installed at the time of shipment. The electrical systems are loop checked and the pneumatic components are function tested prior to shipment. These performance checks greatly reduce time needed in the field. Pressure testing of the module piping is integrated into the overall pressure testing of the completed plant.
